Is It Really Next-Day Shipping?

Yes! All orders are shipped Next-Day. Nobody likes waiting around days for their parts to arrive, so we make sure you get your order with Next-Day delivery.

How Do I Qualify For Next-Day Shipping?

All orders qualify for Next-Day shipping automatically! For orders totaling $75 or more, Next-Day shipping is Free. For orders less than $75, Next-Day shipping is only $10.

To ensure you receive your order Next-Day, Orders must be placed Monday thru Thursday (Before 4PM Local Time). Orders made after 4 PM will not be able to shipped on time, and Next-Day shipping will go into effect the following Business day.

All parts carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty whichever comes first. Warranty must be requested by the original purchaser and is limited to the replacement of the alleged  defective part(s) only. Any returned part(s) must be accompanied by an RMA number. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained by contacting Partsology.com Customer Service team either by Email at csr@partsology.com or by phone at (844) 800 6866. All alleged defective part(s) will be inspected before the refund is approved. Partsology.com will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, Freon, filters, lodging, and car or truck rental.
