We know that ordering parts for your vehicle are actions that require immediate attention.
Time is of the essence and having your car or truck sidelined for any considerable amount of time can really throw a wrench into your daily life.

We ship our parts Next-Day so you can get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as soon as possible.

Is It Really Next-Day Shipping?

Yes! All orders are shipped Next-Day. Nobody likes waiting around days for their parts to arrive, so we make sure you get your order with Next-Day delivery.

How Do I Qualify For Next-Day Shipping?

All orders qualify for Next-Day shipping automatically! For orders totaling $75 or more, Next-Day shipping is Free. For orders less than $75, Next-Day shipping is only $12.99.

To ensure you receive your order Next-Day, Orders must be placed Monday thru Thursday (Before 3PM Local Time). Orders made after 3 PM will not be able to shipped on time, and Next-Day shipping will go into effect the following Business day.

Warranty

All parts carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty whichever comes first. Warranty must be requested by the original purchaser and is limited to the replacement of the alleged defective part(s) only. Any returned part(s) must be accompanied by an RMA number. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained by contacting partsology.com Customer Service team either by email at csr@partsology.com or by phone at (844) 800 6866. All alleged defective part(s) will be inspected before the refund is approved. Partsology.com will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, Freon, filters, lodging, and car or truck rental.

What is next after Placing your Order?:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email
  2. Our warehouse will pick, pack and ship your order
  3. If your order was placed before 3:00 pm from  Monday to Thursday, you will get your order next day, if not you will get it next business day, we do not ship Saturdays or Sundays
  4. Keep track of your order delivery day and time and be available in the address provided, we are not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen.

Recipient Presence: It is highly recommended that someone is available to receive for the package at the designated delivery address. This will help prevent any potential delays or issues with the delivery process.

Package Security: While our carriers take every precaution to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are left unattended after delivery. If a package is stolen or goes missing after it has been successfully delivered to the address provided, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders: To enhance the security of your order, we may require a signature upon delivery for high-purchase-value orders. This added measure ensures that the package is handed over to you or an authorized recipient directly, minimizing the risk of theft or loss.

Order Tracking: Utilize the provided tracking information to monitor the progress of your order while it's in transit. This will help you plan accordingly and ensure that you or someone you designate is available to accept the delivery.

Partsology International Shipping 

Shipping Zones and Territories:

We offer international shipping to various destinations around the world, including US Territories. However, please note that our next-day delivery service is exclusively available for US Territories, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Protected territories.

Shipping Timeframes:

For orders within the eligible US Territories, we provide a next-day delivery option. Orders placed before 3:00pm cut-off time of your local time will be processed and shipped the same day, with delivery expected within one business day. For international orders outside of the mentioned territories, the delivery timeframe may take from 3 to 5 days and vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen during checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframes provided during the checkout process.

Duties and Taxes:

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with their international orders. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are not included in the total order cost at checkout. At Partsology, we want you to have a great experience. It all starts by offering Free Next Day Delivery and High Quality Parts. Our Customer Service reps are available by phone or chat to answer all kinds of questions. We know, however, that at some point, you'll find yourself needing to return a part.

Reasons: Order the wrong parts, Not fit your vehicle, Change your mind, Part defective.

We offer a 60-day Money-back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (and the part is brand new, has not been installed, or damaged)

To return a part, you must send us an email at csr@partsology.com indicating the reason for your return. After we receive and inspect the part we will process your refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
