Returns & Refund Policy

At Partsology, we’re committed to providing a seamless shopping experience including free next-business-day delivery on orders over $99 and a wide selection of high-quality internal engine components. We also understand that returns may occasionally be necessary, and we aim to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, if the part is:

  • Brand new
  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and undamaged

Eligible return reasons include:

  • You ordered the wrong part
  • The part doesn't fit your vehicle
  • You changed your mind
  • The item arrived damaged

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The returned item must match the original order and be in new, unused condition in its original packaging.
  • You must submit a return request by emailing us at csr@partsology.com or calling (844) 800-6866.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed up to 5 business days excluding holidays.
  • A restocking fee may apply in certain situations.

Important: If an item is damaged during return shipping or is not the item ordered, will not  be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged using appropriate materials.

Return Shipping Cost Policy

We will refund the original shipping cost only if:

  • We shipped the wrong part number
  • The item was damaged by the carrier
  • The order did not arrive by the promised delivery date

In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at csr@partsology.com or call (844) 800-6866 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if required.
  3. Ship the item back as instructed.
  4. We’ll inspect the returned item and issue your refund accordingly.

Payment Method Notice

If your original payment method is no longer active (e.g., a canceled card or closed bank account), we will issue your refund via check by mail. Please notify our Customer Service team when requesting the return if this applies to you.
