Partsology Warranty Policy
At Partsology.com, we stand behind the quality of our engine components. All parts come with a limited warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first), covering manufacturing defects only.
Note: Warranty eligibility may vary depending on the part and claim circumstances. Restrictions and exclusions may apply.
✅ 12-Month Warranty Covers:
- Defective parts due to manufacturing issues
❌ What’s Not Covered:
- Labor costs
- Towing, fluids, filters, Freon
- Lodging or rental vehicles
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Damage from:
- Improper or faulty installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Other defective vehicle components
- Commercial, off-road, or marine use
International Orders:
Warranty coverage does not apply to international shipments.
Note for Reshippers: If your order is delivered to a U.S. address and then forwarded internationally using a third-party freight service, warranty coverage does not apply. Partsology.com is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays after the product leaves the original U.S. destination.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
- Contact our Customer Service team via email or phone.
- Provide supporting documentation (photos, videos, or a certified technician's report).
- Our team will evaluate the claim and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if approved.
- Include the RMA number with your return shipment.
- After inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Installation Requirement
To remain eligible for warranty coverage, parts must be installed by a Certified Automotive Technician. Improper installation will void the warranty.
