What is Next After Placing My Order?

1. You will receive an order confirmation email
2. Our warehouse will pick, pack and ship your order
3. If your order was placed before 3:00 pm from  Monday to Thursday, you will get your order next day, if not you will get it next business day, we do not ship Saturdays or Sundays
4. Keep track of your order delivery day and time and be available in the address provided, we are not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen.

Does Someone Need to Be There to Accept the Package? - Delivery and Security:

Does Partsology Offer International Shipping?

We offer international shipping to various destinations around the world, including US Territories. However, please note that our next-day delivery service is exclusively available for US Territories, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Protected territories.

For orders within the eligible US Territories, we provide a next-day delivery option. Orders placed before 3:00pm cut-off time of your local time will be processed and shipped the same day, with delivery expected within one business day. For international orders outside of the mentioned territories, the delivery timeframe may take from 3 to 5 days and vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen during checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframes provided during the checkout process.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with their international orders. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are not included in the total order cost at checkout.
